The Indiana Co-op

Keith and I have been working on this for a long time and things are finally coming to fruition. For now you can at least check out the classy logo Drew made us. Thanks dude!

Big things in the tweny'leven!

P.S. - for those not from Indiana, here's our state flag that served as inspiration.

Sidecut Mallets

I'm convinced.

While waiting around to play at the Lock-In i made a sidecut into my new mallet. (aka "european cheater mallet") It lightens the weight and provides a perfect cradle for those behind-the-back-wheel moves. I can't flip the ball ("airmail") with it yet, but if i made the sidecut a lil' bigger and left more material on the bottom lip it'd be easy as pie. (I hear that's why the euros don't like 'em.)

Anyway, i think it's an awesome design so i made a bunch more. I've got a few extra if anyone (yeah, you) wanna try one out.

Best of all i painted them KENTUCKY CHROME!

Yeah, i'm classy like that.

Snowladies > Snowmen

It was a cold and dark Thursday night. Kicked out of our usual garage we migrated to another...

...thankfully Megan and Stephanie were there to keep our priorities in line...

Polo may (mostly) be a boys club, but it's the girls that keep our spirits up!

Thanks ladies.

Look who's back?!?

If we could convince his lady to play polo he'd probably show up more...

We miss you jake!

The Guardians vs. Cinnamon Rolls Royce

The Guardians vs Cinnamon Rolls Royce from kev on Vimeo.

Great video of the final match at the Boston Indoor tourney. The boys from Seattle [Dustin, Seabass, Julian] defeat the east coast super-team [Paul R, Ian D, Mark C]. Looks like the talent was deep in Boston, but i'm pretty sure we had more fun in St. Louis!

Many, many thanks to Kevin for taking the time to film this (at other!) matches.

Boys will be boys?

Dumptruck took a shot so hard it went right through this wheelcover.

Giant chocolate bar ftw!

Look near the back... see it?
Yes, that is a rectancular piece of arcylic.
No, it did not work well for that player.

Laser Lomax!

Massive game of footdown.

Winner!

Don't forget to order your very own Boys of Bike Polo calender!

Le anchovie workin' the boards.
Can't wait to see this man's photos!

Happy camper.

Credit and thanks to Miss Jordan for all the photos.

A million thanks, props, and free drinks to the STLWKBP crew for the best 24 hours in polo!

Hopefully we can repay your hospitality in May!

STL Lock-In 2011 - recap #1

Bikes, blood, booze, nudity, merit badges, footdown, danger, dodgeball, insomnia, kicker ramps, obstacles, cupcakes, pinatas, car break-ins, vomit, and more four loko than anyone could possibly drink... oh yeah and we played some polo too!

^Massive game of footdown eventually won by Tyler from Lafayette.

^This would've been the most homoerotic game of polo ever if it hadn't been organized by two teenage girls.

More to come...
